St. Davids, birthplace of Wales' Patron Saint Dewi Sant and Britain's smallest city, is only a mile away from our farm. The city hosts the magnificent 12th Century St. Davids Cathedral and medieval St. Davids Bishops Palace, along with a whole host of pubs, cafes and restaurants, historic buildings, unique shops and galleries, including Oriel y Parc Tourist Information Centre. It is over 900 years since Pope Callixtus II decreed that two pilgrimages to St Davids Cathedral are equivalent to one journey to Rome, and therefore a day in the city is a must when you stay with us!
St. Davids is also renowned for its outdoor activities and adventure centres, with beaches such as the award winning Whitesands Beach, a designated Blue Flag beach, and its surrounding stunning scenery less than 2 miles away.
